Russian singer Dmitry "IAMMIND" Ivanov has confirmed that he sold the slot of his Dota 2 team, Mind Games, for approximately $50,000-60,000. He revealed it in the media.
According to IAMMIND, he had a right to sell the slot as it was in the contracts with Mind Games members. The DPC Upper Division slot belonged to the organization. However, he purchased the Lower Division slot of DPC: EEU and handed it over to the organization's former members.
Before the DPC 23 Winter Tour, it became known that BetBoom Team would replace Mind Games in the EEU Upper Division. The organization assembled a new roster of famous Esports players.
